What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each of our charters comes with a skilled crew, necessary safety gear, included fuel costs, and simple refreshments. Depending on the type of service — evening tours come with premium soft drinks and light snacks, while business charters offer meeting spaces and catering for business events.
When should I reserve my yacht charter?
To secure your booking, we suggest reserving 2–3 weeks ahead, or 4–6 weeks in advance for busy seasons (May–September). For corporate or private events, early booking is recommended for better availability and to tailor the experience to your needs.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Our priority is your safety. Should the captain assess the weather as unsafe, we offer a rescheduling option or a complete reimbursement. We continuously track weather forecasts and will reach out a day before your booking if we anticipate adverse weather.
May I bring my own snacks and beverages?
While guests are allowed to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, our premium catering services are available to create personalized dining experiences. Note that for safety, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do you offer yachts that are accessible for those with mobility challenges?
We aim to be inclusive to all our guests. Certain yachts have more accessibility options; we encourage contacting us to discuss your specific requirements, so we can advise the appropriate yacht and make necessary arrangements for your comfort.
What's your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is issued. Those made within 24–72 hours of departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable except in the case of unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our side.
