Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Valid For: A complete refund excluding processing charges
Processing Duration: 5-7 business days
Processing Charge: €50 for card transactions
Terms: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via electronic mail or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Valid For: Fifty percent of the overall charter cost
Processing Duration: 7-10 business days
Processing Charge: €25 subtracted from your refund
Terms: A valid reason is required; was administrative costs incurred
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Valid For: No refund opportunities
Exception: Situations of urgency may receive consideration
Alternative: Charter credit could be presented at the discretion of management
Terms: Supporting evidence needed for claims related to emergencies
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Commitment to Weather Safety
Your safety is paramount. In circumstances where the climate conditions are not safe for charter operations as judged by our certified captain, we offer several alternatives:
- Complete Refund: Full reimbursement if rescheduling isn't an option
- Reschedule: Shift your charter to a subsequent available slot with no additional charge
- Charter Credit: Obtain a credit that's valid for a year from the initial charter date
Procedure for Weather Evaluation
Our evaluation of weather includes:
- Analyzing wind velocity and bearing
- Assessing wave stature and oceanic conditions
- Checking for visibility and precipitation forecasts
- Heeding Coast Guard advisories and alerts
- Professional captain's judgement on safety
Timeframe for Decisions: Decisions regarding cancellation due to weather are made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Incidents
We are cognizant that medical crises can appear suddenly. Under the following scenarios, special dispensations for refunds might be contemplated:
- Unanticipated sickness or injuries that necessitate hospitalization
- Demise within the immediate family
- Unforeseen military duties or urgent callbacks
- Legal obligations like jury duty or subpoenas
- Natural calamities that impede travel
Proof for Emergencies
For processing refunds related to emergencies, we require the following proofs:
- Medical attestations or hospital records
- Certificate of death, when applicable
- Orders from the military
- Legal summons or jury notifications
- Travel cautions or state of emergencies
Refund Handling: Refunds due to emergencies will be executed within 3-5 business days after the documentation is received.
Operational Cancellations
When Technical Issues Arise
If the yacht designated to you faces technical malfunctions beyond repair:
- Alternative Vessel: We will strive to supply a comparable substitute
- Full Refund: If an alternate is not viable
- Partial Refund: In case the substitute vessel comes at a different rate
- Extra Compensation: We may provide additional recompense for the inconvenience
In Case of Crew Non-availability
If there are outliers where our certified crew is unexpectedly inaccessible:
- A substitute crew will be organized where feasible
- Full reimbursement if the charter cannot proceed
- Another booking opportunity without any extra costs

Reimbursements are returned through the same payment avenue utilized for the booking:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Check: 3-5 business days

Details on Charter Credits
Instances Leading to Credit Issuance
In some scenarios, we may issue credits in place of refunds:
- Late termination (under 24 hours)
- Cancellations due to adverse weather
- Customer requests to change dates
- Unforeseen operational readjustments
Credit Conditions
- Validity: One year from the issuance date
- Nontransferable: Credits cannot be passed to others
- Worth: Equivalent to the full price of the charter (excluding processing fees)
- Application: Applicable on any future charter availability
- Terms of Expiry: No prolongation past a year
Reimbursements for Interrupted Service
Service Disruptions
If your charter experience is disrupted or curtailed due to factors within our scope of influence:
- Amount returned will be prorated based on the non-utilized duration
- Credit equivalent to a future voyage of equal worth
- Gratis services or upgrades where appropriate
Interruptions Resulting from Guest Actions
In events where a charter concludes ahead of schedule because of guest misbehavior or safety infraction:
- No refund for the remaining time
- Outstanding charges are still expected to be paid in full
- Potential for additional surcharges
Resolving Disagreements
In case you differ with a refund verdict, options to pursue include:
- Requesting our management to reassess
- Furnishing extra proof or documentation
- Engaging consumer advocacy divisions
- Exploring legal channels as per the ruling laws

- Reimbursements are processed in € independent of the booking's currency
- We strongly propose acquiring travel insurance
